The Dalmatian Coastline is probably the most beautiful shoreline in Europe

Introducing the Riva Dalmatia Portfolio

An owner-run portfolio of boutique luxury apartments in Dalmatia, Croatia.

Two specially selected waterfront locations, Split also known as the Gateway to the Adriatic and on the island of Hvar.

Awe-inspiring natural beauty from tranquil hidden spots to vibrant nightlife.

Croatia’s second-largest city, Split is a great place to see Dalmatian life as it’s really lived. Always buzzing, this exuberant city has just the right balance between tradition and modernity. Step inside Diocletian’s Palace (a Unesco World Heritage Site) and you’ll find dozens of bars, restaurants and shops thriving amid the atmospheric old walls where Split has been humming along for thousands of years.

One of the country’s most popular islands for sunbathers and wine lovers, Hvar is renowned for its sunny beaches, lavender fields, and lush vineyards. It also features a beautiful city centre, complete with Gothic palaces and marble stone streets. Bonus: It’s also Sunniest Island in the Adriatic.

A beautiful evening on the Riva.In Croatia and especially in Dalmatia, the Riva is the centre of life. From coastal towns to the hundreds of small island towns, it is on the Riva that you can sit at the many cafe’s and restaurants enjoying an aperitif, a delicious meal, savouring the many flavours of the mediterranean. Small fishing boats and yachts moor here and it is the departure point for the many excursions to nearby islands, coves, beaches and caves.

One of the best accommodations I have had in over 30 years of international travel This is an exceptional apartment. My only regret was that we did not stay longer. This apartment is designed for people who appreciate contemporary casual elegance and professional management. It is beautifully appointed From the texture of the fabrics, modern furnishings, and attention to supplying all the amenities you would find at a 5 star hotel but in a home-like environment. The property manager Anja was a dream and along with her colleague Declan, were available to help with whatever you required, not only to ensure your comfort in the apartment, but for having a wonderful experience in Split. They are an amazing resource for navigating the city and just delightful in every way. Large windows with Brilliant harbor views and an easy 5 minute walk to the heart of old town and the palace. In the other direction, a beautiful Park. Easy access to beaches and ferries for day hopping to the islands.

This Apartment is Managed with Love The flat is super clean, spacious, comfortable, elegant, high-tech (smart system) and sound-proof. The owner/operating agency is clearly generous and aspire for customer satisfaction. They did NOT go cheap in anything. On the contrary, you can tell from appliances/amenities/toiletries...etc. All details are very well taken care of (they provided us with complementary milk, water, bottle of wine; they did not have to) - it is simply managed with love. Location is superb: an eight minutes walk from the Diocletian's Palace while away enough from the hustle and bustle and over looking the marina. It is indeed like you are staying in a five star hotel

This is hands down the most beautiful apartment in Hvar. In 10 years of visiting Hvar this is the apartment we always hoped to find. The views are stunning - the harbour, the Riva, the old town square and church. The interior is luxurious, chic and incredibly well designed: very similar in look and quality to Aman Sveti Stefan. Well appointed kitchen, Smeg range, multi-room audio, huge TV, Aircon, killer views from the generous terrace, you name it! The location is second to none: if you’re in Hvar you want to stay on the Riva with views all round. And this is THE best located apartment in Hvar, which means the best in Croatia. Yes the location is in the the bar district but the thoughtful design blocks out much of the noise. The service from Barbara and team was incredibly responsive and helpful, even extending to recommending a favourite local tapas restaurant. We plan to return, many times!

I stayed in a luxurious apartment directly on the Marina in Split from Riva Dalmatia. They offer apartments both in Split and at the island Hvar. I stayed in the sister apartments called Riva Agava and Riva Palma which you can combine into one big luxury apartment called Riva Luka. I fell in love with the apartments as soon as I walked in, they have spectacular views of the whole city, the mountains around and the harbour. Every small detail has been carefully thought through, like the intelligent light and sounds system in every wall. The apartments are bright, with an open kitchen and spacious bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped and perfect for cooking or making a big brunch. My favourite though, was the large LED TV 65 “ screen where I could choose from hundreds of TV shows and movies. It also had a music system where I could stream my favourite channels and playlist and blast throughout the apartment. I highly recommend staying with them. Oct 10, 2017
